POLICIES

​General Policies:

  • Upon arrival guests should enter the hotel at the Warren Street entrance for your check-in.
  • Check-in after 3:00PM.
  • Check-out by 11:00AM.
  • Early Check-in/late check-out is typically not available.
  • Upon making a reservation, full payment is taken upon booking.
  • Hotel buyouts and blocks are available on a limited basis.
  • 10% fee for cancellations or changes up to 7 days prior to arrival.  100% fee for cancellations or changes with less than 7 days prior to arrival (30 days for blocks/buyout).
  • Cash is not taken.  Credit card only.
  • We reserve the right to charge our guests for minibar incidentals.
  • We have one “pet” friendly room (106). Otherwise we do not allow pets.
  • No bicycles inside. No smoking. No noise after 10pm.
  • $200 fine charged per day/incident for policy violations.
  • Complimentary parking is available in the city lot behind the hotel (passes required).

​COVID-19 Policies:

  • If you are feeling sick or have any symptoms please do not come to the property.
  • Guests wear face masks in common areas.
  • Our cleaning staff will always wear a face mask.
  • We have paused daily room cleaning during a guests stay.
  • Common areas are sterilized and cleaned daily.
  • We offer contactless check-in/check-out.
  • Snacks and beverages offered are individually wrapped.
